Room Reservations
The new Room Reservation system allows you to reserve rooms in King, B.E.S.T. (Laws Hall) and Art & Architecture Libraries; CIM studio rooms or IMC viewing rooms from wherever you may be. In your dorm and need to get together in a couple of days with a group? Log in and schedule it right then and there. In the library and would like a quieter spot to study with a partner? Log in and reserve a room from any computer in the library. Or your own laptop.
Basic Guidelines
- You may only schedule up to 2 hours each day.
- Groups may only schedule up to 2 hours each day.
- You can schedule a room up to 2 weeks in advance.
