| Description: | The AccuNet/AP Multimedia Archive is an electronic library containing the Associated Press' current year's photo report and a selection of images from their vast negative and print library. The Photo Archive features over one million photographs dating back to 1826. Coverage includes state, regional, and national photos as well as international photos. Historical photographs include images of news and features events, political leaders, historical figures, sports greats, and celebrities. The Multimedia Archive also contains tens of thousands of graphics, more than 4,500 hours of audio files dating from the 1920's, and news stories and headlines dating from 1997. |
