| Description: | Sociological Abstracts indexes and abstracts the international literature within sociology and related disciplines in the social and behavioral sciences. The database provides abstracts of journal articles, books, book chapters, dissertations, and conference papers as well as citations to book, film and software reviews drawn from over 1,700 serials publications. Entries cover sociological aspects of wide variety of topics. Records added after 1974 contain in-depth and non-evaluative abstracts of journal articles. Replaced by SocINDEX. |
