The Law Collection contains United States and Ohio laws, regulations, court opinions and related indexes. The collection is divided into a United States and an Ohio area. Within each area sources are grouped by type: laws, regulations, Shepard's citators, legal encyclopedias, digests (indexes to court opinions), and court reporters. Consult the Guide to Legal Materials in Government Information and Law Department for more detailed listings of sources and for assistance with basic legal research.
Law reviews (journals) are located in the King Periodical collection rather than in the Department. Books surveying or analyzing particular areas of law are located in the King book collection.
