You can access electronic reserves from any web browser
by going to the Libraries' web site home page and clicking on
"Reserves" at the top of the page.
Note: You may need a password in order to view Electronic
Reserve documents. Please obtain the password from your instructor.
- Use one of the three drop-down boxes to access your reserve readings
by Department, Professor, or by Course. (You may need to scroll down to
see the selection boxes.)
- Select a department, instructor, or course, and click Go.
- Click on the box with your course name and number, or instructor's
name. (You may not see boxes; in which case, click on the title of the item you wish to view.)
- Click on the title of the item you wish to view. (Upon clicking on
a title, your web browser will launch Adobe Acrobat Reader. * If asked
to Open the file or Save it to Disk, select Open.)
- If requested to enter a password, type in the password which your
professor provided.
- If the instructor has placed non-electronic materials on reserve,
you can see a list of titles only by clicking on "Non-electronic Reserve
Items" at the bottom of the page. These items can be checked-out at the circulation desk of the library listed to the right of the item title.
- Click on either link, "Course Name" or "Instructor Name."
- Enter the desired course or instructor name and hit Search.
- Choose the appropriate course or section if needed.
- Reserve items for this course are listed under "Materials for This Course."
- Electronic Reserve readings are found under the title, "Electronic Reserves." Click on this link.
- Click on the link, "See List of Electronic Reserves For this Course."
- Find and click on the title you wish to view. (Upon clicking on a
title, your web browser will launch Adobe Acrobat Reader. *
If asked to Open the file or Save it o Disk, select Open.)
- If requested to enter a password, type in the password which your
professor
provided.
